ABOUT
Dr. Lowe is originally from Memphis, Tennessee and currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. She received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 1990 and a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009. Dr. Lowe has over 30 years in the behavioral health field with 9 ½ yrs. supervising the Little Rock Drug Court. She currently holds credentials as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC), Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), she has a post Master’s certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from UALR and is a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health. Dr. Lowe is a retired adjunct faculty member at the University of Central Arkansas in the Addiction Studies Program, the Drug Education Therapist at Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Heathcare, a seasoned professional development workshop facilitator, a leadership coach/consultant and a national consultant for the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention/National Training& Technical Assistance Center.
